Simply Supplements launch new live-chat service on website

Simply Supplements have further improved their customer service experience by offering a new live-chat facility on their website. This brand new feature will enable customers browsing the site to engage with customer service or nutritional advisors in order to receive the information they need quickly, in a convenient and free way.

Dee Guardhouse, Head of Customer Service, explained “At Simply Supplements we have always been dedicated to meeting the highest expectations in customer service, and we achieve this through continued conversation with our customers. Recently customer feedback has highlighted the need for instant access to information regarding supplements and the ailments they may help to alleviate. Therefore we worked with our customers to determine the best way to achieve this. Our customers have always been very much involved in the development of our customer service “

Dee continued “We understand that buying supplements can be a confusing process for some; with numerous products available it can be hard to establish which product best suits a persons individual needs. So we decided to make it simpler for our customers. Now instead of having to wait for a response or spend valuable time searching for information, customers can now speak directly to experienced nutritional advisors whilst browsing the site. Whether the query is regarding a particular Simply Supplements product, or a more general query this new service offers instant online support and complete customer care. The advisors can stay with the customer throughout the shopping experience and offer as much, or as little, guidance as requested. Advisors are on hand to simply help the customer navigate the website if needed.”
