Digitonic embraces Globalisation

Digitonic, a new Scottish marketing agency founded by Grant Fraser (formerly of Dog Digital) and Iain Wilcox (formerly of Realise) have beat off stiff competition to land an international contract from Mauritius based contact centre Servecalls.

Digitonic Managing Director, Grant Fraser explains: “I am thrilled to add Servecalls to our growing portfolio of clients. Our company has only been operating for a few months yet we’re already representing international clients. Digitonic’s remit is to help in the branding process that the company is currently undertaking and also to work with Servecalls’ internal IT staff and designers to help improve the current corporate website. Digitonic are also responsible for creating, developing and implementing an international marketing plan for Servecalls in order to assist businesses to benefit from Servecalls services.

Combining offshore outsourcing with onshore results, Servecalls are looking to partner with organisations of all sizes within numerous industries.
