Anise the chic, spice-infused bar for the Square Mile drinking set has launched a unique master class like no other.

Inspired by Executive Chef Vivek Singh’s exquisite culinary classes at Cinnamon Kitchen, one of the finest Indian restaurants in London, Anise will reveal some of the secrets behind the bars renowned cocktails in a series of the liquid-based workshops.

The mixologists at Anise take pride in creating inspirational cocktails to cajole the unsuspecting into trying something completely new. From signature mixes to twisted classics and champagne creations, Anise’s cocktail list reads like an apothecary of spiced delights.

Guests are invited along to learn how to shake, stir, strain and pour their very own cocktails, learning new techniques as they go to create delicately spiced, unique cocktails.

For just £25 per person, the intimate courses of 10-12 people will learn how to match a range of premium spirits with a host of spices and herbs that you may not normally use in the art of mixology.

After mastering newfound skills, guests will mix and muddle a range of cocktails along the way during the 1½ hour course in one of the best Indian restaurants in London.

Perfect for team-building events, after-work socials and team get-togethers, the popular sessions still have availability for the 5th September and 3rd October from 6.30 until 8pm.
