Liverpool offices draw in two new clients for Bruntwood
Family owned commercial property group Bruntwood has drawn a pair of new customers to its Liverpool portfolio in contracts amounting to over 2000 sq ft.
Property recruitment company Caroline Kingsley Holdings Limited will move to a space at Bruntwood's iconic office building The Plaza, which now contains a whole new floor of serviced offices. Elsewhere, video production business Paintbox Art Media Limited have taken space in the grade II listed Queen Insurance Buildings. Liverpool's traditional business quarter is the setting for both these properties.
Offices for any needs
Director Caroline Kingsley commented "Kingsley Associates are delighted to join Bruntwood at The Plaza. The transition of our growing recruitment agency was as smooth as possible, due to the helpful and welcoming approach of the customer service team."
Bruntwood sales surveyor David Seddon said: "These contracts demonstrate Bruntwood's willingness to meet a range of business requirements. Both these companies were searching for top quality office space, great customer service and outstanding value. Our wide selection meant we were able to meet all their needs as well as provide them with office space in a building ideally suited to their business."
Offices surrounded by Liverpool's history
The eye-catching grade II listed offices at Queen Insurance Buildings are very unique. Situated at the core of Liverpool's traditional business quarter, they contain work space of the highest standard. They're spread over two of Liverpool's main commercial thoroughfares, Castle Street and Dale Street, meaning office workers are surrounded by a range of food outlets including bars, restaurants and cafes.
Queen Insurance Buildings have been refurbished to provide fresh, top quality Liverpool offices. An in-house team is responsible for the management of the offices at Queen Insurance Buildings. Whatever you need, just ask – they're on hand to assist with any office or maintenance query.
Queen Insurance Buildings were first built to house the Royal Bank in 1870, and was one of the earliest developments in Liverpool to include office space to rent. The picturesque little street Queen Avenue, lined with offices and shops, leads from a central passageway. A small door just off this avenue opens up into a secret passage which links the avenue to Liverpool's famous docks. When bombing attacks devastated the city during the blitz, this underground passageway was used as a shelter by locals.
