Bruntwood, a family-owned commercial property company, is seeing lots of interest in one of their Liverpool offices, from new and established occupiers alike. Enfinity UK, a green energy design business, has asked to expand its serviced office space at The Plaza on St Paul's Square.

Office space with flexibility

For almost a year, Enfinity has occupied offices at The Plaza through Bruntwood. Taking full advantage of the flexibility offered by the office space to rent, Enfinity has now expanded from four workstations to ten.

Bruntwood Head of Sales for Liverpool Colin Forshaw said "Enfinity has chosen to expand with us, which is great news. At very short notice, we provided extra workstations and met the needs of the business by adapting the suite. As and when they require, the company can continue to expand with us."

Bruntwood is currently filling its serviced office space in The Plaza with availability to suit between one and one hundred workers. All are fully furnished with flexible licenses, on-site parking, air conditioning and bespoke broadband packages.

Refurbishing The Plaza

Littlewoods first used The Plaza as its head office. Of course, the company was famous back then for operating the internationally renowned pools empire, rather than mail order clothes. The famous Littlewoods Cup, along with the novelty cheques given to pools winners, were then guarded in the big safe hidden away in the basement car park. More recently, during Liverpool's capital of culture celebrations a flock of Lambananas inhabited the building, becoming the unusual guests of the office workers.

A brand new reception area with a dedicated customer service team is part of the extensive refurbishment work recently completed at The Plaza. State-of-the-art meeting rooms, on-site amenities, a customer seating area and a new entrance were also added. The Plaza's reception area leads to the newly transformed St Paul's square, which provides office staff with convenient access to a range of handy facilities, from coffee shops and restaurants to a gym, on their way to work.
